Pink Stitch Workshops

  • Fitzrovia Community Centre 2 Foley Street, Lon W1W 6DL (map)

Creativity. Connection. Empowerment.

Are you a woman with lived experience of breast cancer?

We invite you to take part in Pink Stitch 2025 — a free 6-week workshop series focused on using creativity to explore and process health experiences.

You’ll create your own textile portrait with award-winning artist Emily Jo Gibbs. Whether you're an experienced maker or have never picked up a needle and thread before, you’ll be supported every step of the way. These workshops are open to all abilities.

At Pink Stitch, we believe creative expression can be a powerful tool for wellbeing. It can help us reflect, reconnect, and rediscover joy after trauma or illness.

That’s why we centre creativity as a gentle, empowering way to explore personal stories and shared experiences.

Pink Stitch is part of a bigger movement: inspiring women everywhere to check themselves regularly, share their stories, and know they are not alone.

Early detection saves lives and through creativity and community, we are helping to spread this message far and wide.

By taking part, you’ll join a life-changing project that celebrates women's strength, creativity, and resilience.
