Make The Headlines Wednesday 1 & Wednesday 8 April | 10:30am – 12:30pm
Design your own bold newspaper front page and create eye-catching campaign signs about the issues you care about, from your local neighbourhood to the wider world. A workshop for young people with something to say.
Patchwork Power Wednesday 1 & Wednesday 8 April | 2:00 – 4:00pm
Use fabric and scrap materials to design and build a bold flag about the environment and its future. Turn your ideas into powerful visuals and make your voice heard through art and textile.
Puppets for the Planet Thursday 2 & Tuesday 7 April | 10:30am – 12:30pm
Turn rubbish into something amazing. Create your own puppet from recycled materials, it could be an animal, a talking tree, a pollution monster, or an eco-hero from the future. Imagination required; no experience needed.
Clay and Bloom Thursday 2 & Tuesday 7 April | 2:00 – 4:00pm
Shape and build your own clay vase, then bring it to life with beautiful origami flowers made from recycled paper. A workshop that combines sculpture and paper craft, and a unique piece to take home at the end.
